Minor shuffle of top bureaucrats

Thiruvananthapuram: Following last week’s shuffle of district collectors, the cabinet initiated a minor shuffle of top

bureaucrats

on Wednesday.

Principal secretary (industries) K Ellangovan, who is also holding the charge of Norka department secretary, has been given the additional charge of MD, Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation.

Principal secretary (SC, ST) Biswanath Sinha will hold the additional charge of secretary (devaswoms) in addition to the charge of secretary, general administration. Incumbent MD of KSIDC, Sharmila Mary Joseph, has been appointed secretary of Ayush department. She will also hold the additional charge of MD, Kerala state medical services corporation. Secretary (food and civil supplies) Mini Antony will hold the additional charge of civil supplies commissioner.

Land revenue commissioner C A Latha will also hold the additional charge of land board secretary, while Life Mission CEO U V Jose will hold the additional charge of director of information and public relations. KWA MD A Kowsigan will hold the additional charge of executive director of Jalanidhi, while director of environment and climatic change Veena N Madhavan will also hold the charge of CEO of additional skill acquisition programme.

Incumbent cooperative societies registrar S Shanavas has been appointed as district collector of Thrissur in place of T V Anupama who has gone on leave while P K Jayashree will be the new cooperative societies registrar. Kollam sub collector A Alexander has been appointed IG (registrations).
