Mega shopping festival from April 26

kochi: kerala''s biggest shopping festival, the international trade fair corporation chamber dhamaka 2002, organised by the kerala chamber of commerce and industry, will be held here from april 26 to may 5. addressing a press meet here on monday, p bhaskaran, its president, said the festival brings together some of the biggest names in industries like electronics, electrical, information technoogy, automobile, consumer durables, entertainment, food and beverages.the exhibition venue would be specially designed with nalukettu structures covering an area of over one lakh sq.ft built up carpet area. seminars, workshops and symposiums had also been planned, he said, adding an exclusive pavilion would be set aside for it and a separate wing for tourism. union minister for commerce and industries murasoli maran was expected to inaugurate the exhibition.
