The solar scam accused had given a complaint that she was sexually abused by Prakash in Pathanamthitta when he was a minister. She also alleged that Prakash had sent her a ticket to Bangalore and invited her to a room there.

However, the CBI, in its report submitted before the court, has said there is no evidence to prove the charges levelled by the solar scam accused.

The CBI had earlier submitted a similar report on the charges levelled against former chief minister Oommen Chandy and MP Hibi Eden.
