Worker killed in flower shop fire near Kalyan station

Kalyan: A person working in a flower shop behind Kalyan GRP died after it caught fire near Kalyan railway station early on Saturday. Police said locals noticed the fire at 4am and informed the fire brigade. They found a staffer, Karan Verma (30), dead inside.

They have registered an accidental death report. Police said the exact reason behind the fire was yet to be known but the fire brigade suspects a short circuit.-
