Thane: 10 projects selected for national level of National Children's Science Congress

Out of 30 projects that were selected from the state, 10 were from Thane district. It was seen that earlier 18 projects from the district were selected for the state round out of which 10 were chosen for the national round. The topic of this year’s

It was seen that out of the 10 projects selected from the district, most projects were from Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, as four projects were the institute.
“We made sure that children should not feel that they can’t do projects just because physical classes were not happening. Every student was guided by a teacher who too had a responsibility for the project. While, we allowed class 11 and 12 students to come to school in case any experiment needed to be checked in the lab, for others along with our support, we had requested parents to also keep a tab, especially those who were using gas, fire etc.,” said Revathi Srinivasan, principal at Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania school.
