Snake with 25 babies found in lift duct in Dombivli

KALYAN: A large venomous Russell's viper snake and its 25 babies were found in the lift duct of an under-construction building in Dombivli. The snakes were rescued after WAAR Foundation's snake lover, Vishal Sonawane, received information about the snake in the Desai area of Dombivli.
Sonawane and his colleague, Samad Khan, visited the place and found the reptiles there.The snakes were released in the forest. Sonwane said the snake gave birth without laying eggs.
