Rly announcements help reunite 6-year-old lost at Dombivli station due to technical snag

Thane: The train disruptions on Saturday turned into a nightmare for the Ansari family from Mumbra after their six-year-old daughter Iqra was left behind at the crowded Dombivli station while they were trying to board a crowded train for Parel.
The Ansari's had travelled from Mumbra to Dombivli to board a train for Mumbai, due to a snag in the overhead supply system between Diva and Mumbra. However, while the mother boarded the train along with her other sibling, Iqra was left behind on the platform. She was spotted by some co-passengers crying and helpless who then alerted the railway police.
The railway authorities made announcements on the Dombivli-CST section alerting her parents to return to Dombivli.
Her mother immediately alighted at Thane station and after hearing the announcements rushed to Dombivli and was relieved to see her daughter safe.
