ULHASNAGAR: Ulhasnagar city saw several students in the top scorers in the recently declared SSC (Class 10) examinations 2025.
Disha Nandani from Ulhasnagar, who secured an impressive 99.60 per cent, was among the top performers.
Naitik Mulchandani, a student of Pet Oxford High School, Ulhasnagar, secured 99.40 per cent, placing him among the city’s top scorers.
Varun Daryanani, a student of Jhulelal Trust School, also emerged among the top performers with 99.40 per cent.
Incidentally, Disha's twin sister added to the city’s academic success by scoring 99.40 per cent.
The twin sisters come from a modest family background, with their parents earning a livelihood through small jobs while prioritising their daughters’ education. Both Disha and Diya aspire to become doctors. Due to financial constraints, their parents—Sunder Nandani and Jaywanti Nandani—had earlier found it challenging to support this ambition.
According to their mother, Jaywanti Nandani, apart from Holy Family School, Christi Classes in Ulhasnagar played a significant role in the girls’ academic journey by allowing the family to pay fees in multiple instalments, which helped them continue their education.
The sisters’ excellent SSC results have now brought renewed hope to the family, strengthening confidence that they will be able to pursue their medical aspirations.
