police in connection with a case for allegedly making objectionable remarks on the Quran and Prophet Mohammed during a recent TV debate.

“We have summoned her to record her statement on June 22,” said a police officer from Mumbra police station. Summons has been sent by post and an official email has been sent with details about the offence registered against her. In their probe, Mumbai police have asked for a video of the show from the news channel where the comments where made.
