Thane: Man locks railway staff for money, held
Kolsewadi police has recently arrested Vijay Kadam for allegedly locking up railway project workers, and seeking money from the contractor working on building a protection wall at Kalyan station, for their release. A case of kidnapping and extortion was registered.
