by singer Vinay Nayak has become a rage on social media.

Imran Bapu, 30, a resident of Saran village of Vagra taluka in Bharuch, had brought 35-day-old St Bernard from Bhopal four years ago. He named the dog Dhinu and it had become a member of the family. Imran's wife Priyanka Nadiadwala used to shower Dhinu with love. However, Dhinu passed away after a brief illness a week ago and the entire family was engulfed by grief.

Priyanka thought of launching an audio album in the memory of Dhinu. The audio album was prepared at Raghav Studio in Ahmedabad at a cost of Rs1 lakh. Within three days of the album ‘Dhinu mara kya gayo ...have malvano samay viti re gayo’ sung by Vinay Nayak being uploaded on social media, over 1.25 lakh people had heard it, Imran said.

“We have a plan to make a video album on Dhinu now. The money from the sale of the album will be used for the welfare of animals,” Priyanka said.
