SIA raids Kashmir Times office in Jammu; seize equipments
Jammu and Kashmir Police's State Investigation Agency raided the Kashmir Times office
JAMMU: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday raided the office of the Kashmir Times for allegedly promoting activities against the country.An official said to news agency PTI a case has been registered against the newspaper for the “glorification of activities inimical to the interests of the country.” SIA sleuths conducted a thorough search of the publication’s premises and computers.
During the operation several documents and digital devices from the office were seized.
