SRINAGAR: A 5.2 magnitude earthquake struck Jammu and Kashmir, causing panic as tremors were felt across the Kashmir Valley, on Wednesday morning.

The earthquake, with a depth of 192 km, occurred around 10.43 am, according to the National Center for Seismology.

The earthquake, which originated in the Afghanistan region, was felt in various parts of the valley.

However, there were no reports of injuries or property damage.
