Shimla: Angry over the non-fulfilment of their long-standing demand for filling of vacancies for visually impaired persons in state govt depts, the Himachal Blind Persons’ Association Tuesday held a ‘chakka jam’ near the secretariat.
They blocked the Sanjauli-Chotta Shimla road for nearly half an hour. A scuffle also broke out between them and the cops.
