Shimla: To decongest Himachal Pradesh’s capital and regulate increasing traffic, Shimla deputy commissioner Anupam Kashyap on Friday directed the officials concerned to find new land outside the city for relocating the vegetable, grain, timber, and motor markets, particularly those situated near the cart road.
