Jairam Thakur on Saturday called CM’s media clarification about the abolition of jobs belated, saying he never received the back-dated notice. Earlier in the day, the CM said only redundant posts vacant for decades were being abolished. The LoP claimed, “Though the abolition notification was issued on Oct 26, its date was later changed to Oct 23 following a backlash from people. It will wipe out 1.5 lakh jobs.”
