Kullu: Flagging off a mobile clinic at Circuit House in Dharamshala on Tuesday, Himachal CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said an action plan is being prepared to improve health and education services in the state. Sukhu said, “A health centre in each assembly constituency is being upgraded into a model health institution under this initiative, and Rs 1 crore has been allocated for every such centre.”
