SHIMLA: While hearing a petition related to health infrastructure in the state, the

high court has sought details of facilities available.
While hearing the matter on Thursday, a division bench of acting Chief Justice
Ravi Malimath
and Justice
Jyotsna Rewal Dua
said that it has considered the reports filed by the respective district monitoring committees and various suggestions made thereon. Amicus curiae
B C Negi
and counsel
Vandana Misra
have also placed before the court various suggestions, the bench added.
The court directed the senior additional advocate general to place on record the facilities available in the state by the next date of case hearing on July 28. The senior official was also directed to upload details of all Covid-related activities, like vaccines and deaths on the website.
