Sukhu always bad mouthing about Centre despite getting funds: Bindal

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh BJP president Rajeev Bindal on Friday said chief minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu was harming the state’s interests by constantly bad mouthing about the Narendra Modi-led central govt and always denying the financial assistance worth crores being continuously given to the hill state. For the first time in the history of Himachal Pradesh, over one lakh pucca houses have been provided to the poor by the central govt under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, he added. Dr Bindal said the present Congress govt in the state has proved that it is indifferent to the interests of the state by not welcoming the tunnel between Keylong and Ladakh, the foundation stone of which was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, besides the five big projects inaugurated by defence minister Rajnath Singh. The state BJP president alleged that the amount of tax imposed by the Sukhu-led Congress govt on the people of the state in the last two years has never been so much in the history of the state, and thta this govt will be known as a “taxing govt”.tnn
