30 injured as bus overturns in Kandaghat

Shimla: At least 30 passengers were injured when a bus en route to Tanakpur in Uttarakhand from Shimla hit a tipper and overturned near a tunnel at Kandaghat in Solan district on Wednesday afternoon.Of the injured, four with serious injuries were referred to IGMC, Shimla and two to Solan regional hospital. The rest were provided treatment at the Kandaghat hospital after which they were discharged. Most of them were labourers from Nepal who were returning to their country after completing work in the apple orchards of Himachal Pradesh.The bus they were travelling in was of Uttarakhand Transport Corporation.

1 killed, 15 injured after speeding bus overturns

A speeding private sleeper bus overturned in Lucknow's Gosainganj area, killing one woman and injuring 15 others after a front tyre burst. The bus, traveling from Bahraich to Delhi, had 80 passengers on board. Several injured after MSRTC bus overturns in Maharashtra's Palghar

An MSRTC bus with around 40 passengers, mostly students, overturned in Palghar district's Amgaon, leading to minor injuries. The bus had brake issues while ascending a slope and overturned. Local residents quickly helped evacuate the passengers. Parents are now demanding thorough bus inspections for student safety. Police are investigating the incident.

20 students injured as school bus overturns near Gadchandur

Twenty students suffered injuries when their school bus overturned near Hardona village on Gadchandur road. The vehicle, carrying about 60 students, veered off the road with the driver losing control. The injured were taken to Gadchandur's rural hospital, where they were confirmed to be in stable condition. Police are probing the cause of the accident.
