'Cong committed to protect Jal, Jungle & Jameen rights'
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Sukma district. Kharge accused Modi of not wanting power in the hands of the poor and discriminating against Presidents from Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes. He also accused the BJP of only criticizing the Congress and not fulfilling promises like doubling farmers' income. Kharge urged people to vote for parties that fulfill their promises and criticized Modi for focusing on election campaigns rather than addressing issues in strife-torn areas.

PHED mulls extra water supply to meet additional demand on Diwali
Engineers of the Public Health and Engineering Department (PHED) in Jaipur are making arrangements to meet the increased demand for water supply during Diwali. They plan to increase the supply of water tankers and pipeline water across the city. However, due to the ongoing elections, they will require permission from the election commission. The district collector has instructed PHED to deploy water tankers at selected locations during the festival. Additional manpower will be deployed during this time.
