Shillong: Veteran public leader and former MP from Karnataka, CH Vijayashankar, who took charge as the new governor of Meghalaya on Tuesday said his priority was progress and development in the state, reports Manosh Das. Chief Justice of the High Court of Meghalaya, S Vaidyanathan administered his oath of office at Raj Bhavan.
