Vacant posts in food safety department to be filled soon, Jharkhand government tells HC

Ranchi: Advocate general (AG) Rajiv Ranjan on Thursday informed the that the vacant posts of food analysts and officers will soon be filled up by the state govt. Hearing a initiated suomotto in 2012 on adulteration of milk and food products in Ranchi. The court had summoned the JPSC secretary to appear in person who also informed the bench that steps for appointment of candidates in vacant posts is in process. The court while disposing off the petition observed that the appointment of suitable candidates should be made at the earliest.
