RANCHI: Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao, after meeting chief minister Hemant Soren in Ranchi on Friday as part of his ongoing efforts to forge an alternative alliance sans BJP and Congress at the national level ahead of the 2024 general elections, said it was too early to comment on the exact nature of the proposed federal front, which he is trying to stitch together nationally.

Contradicting the popular perception about an anti-BJP federal front without Congress, he said he isn’t working on keeping any particular party in mind.
In the recent past, he had also met Maharashtra chief minister Uddhav Thackery and other leaders.
After wrapping up his four-day tour to Delhi, KCR reached Ranchi on a special flight around noon to meet Soren at his residence. He also met JMM founder Shibu Soren.
