Ten associates of gangster Prince Khan nabbed in Dhanbad

Dhanbad: Dhanbad police arrested 10 aides of dreaded gangster Prince Khan, Dhanbad senior superintendent of police (SSP) Sanjiv Kumar said on Sunday.
The police have seized Rs 1 crore cash, a register maintaining the accounts of money collected through extortion, several money receipts, one country-made pistol and three live cartridges from their possession, he added.
“Saddam Ansari and his wife Nargis Bano, arrested from Wasseypur, are the main links of the Prince Khan gang who used to collect and distribute extortion money and maintain accounts. Md. Shahid, Khursheed Alam, Seraj Ansari, Aman Kumar Verma, Santosh Kumar Goswami, Md. Saddam, Sajid Ansari, Babar Ahmed used to work as allies for collecting money,” SSP Kumar said.
“These arrests are set to destroy the financial network of Prince Khan and would weaken it financially,” he added.
DSP Arvind Binha, inspectors Prabhat Ranjan Pandey, Surendra Kumar, Alok umar Singh, Deepak Jha constituted the special police team that busted the gang.
