Talent search kicks off

RANCHI: Over 400 students appeared in the state-level sports talent search competition organized by the sports and youth affairs department here on Monday. The meet was organized to select talented sportspersons from different schools in the age group of 14 years or those studying in Class VIII.
The talent hunt scheme was inaugurated by the secretary sports Ajay Kumar Singh who asked the coaches at government residential sports centres to approach the sports directorate for every help."There is no dearth of fund and the coaches and centre heads should ensure that the budding sports person face no trouble in undergoing the training," he said.
