GARHWA: A 19-year-old first year student of

Vananchal Dental College and Hospital

(VDCH) was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her hostel room on Monday afternoon. A suicide note was found next to the girl's body,

said.

"I am sorry mummy-papa. I can't live in this selfish world. I don't want to blame anyone. It is just my wish," the suicide note read.

However, police are yet to ascertain whether it is a case of suicide or murder. "If it is a case of suicide, why is her neck tied with a scarf? If it is a murder case, no injuries were found on her body, the SDPO said.

According to her room mate, the deceased was found lying on her bed with her body covered with a blanket. She did not reply when her room mate tried to wake her up. The student had taken admission in the BDS (session 2016-20) department last year.

Message from her brother-My sister was a student of B.D.S first year in Vananchal Dental College, Garhwa, Jharkhand, India. She constantly complained us of ragging and when we talked to the hostel warden about the matter she told us that everything is fine and no action was taken. The very next day the hostel warden Meena Singh went in every room and frightened the children that if anyone says anything about ragging at home then there will be a problem.On 13/02/2017 we received a phone call from one of her room mates Juhi Tiwary that she is very serious and admitted in hospital. We left for college which is 370 km away by road because there was no other way to get there. On our way we found that college is claiming that my sister has committed suicide and she is no more but college didn''t bother to tell this to us. They only disclosed this to media. No phone call has been made by the college to us from that day onwards. The college claims that when people found her, she was covered with blanket, her face was covered with a plastic and there was a cloth near her neck. The whole body was lying on the bed under a blanket. Can anyone explain me that how can a person commit suicide by covering herself with blanket and head with a plastic. There was also a suicide note found which was of completely different handwriting. Her room was not sealed by the police which means anyone can damage the evidences present in the room and her facebook, whatsapp account was deleted and her phone was formatted. But still the phone was not sealed. Police doesn''t know where is the plastic which covered her head. In the inquest made by the police on the spot claims that the cause of death is hanging. I mean is it possible for anyone to hang while lying on a bed.This is a clear case of murder but still police and college are claiming that it is a suicide. We have lost hope of justice from everywhere butstill we are strong and we will fight for it till my sister''s murderer''s and imprisoned or sentenced to death preferably.
