“The historic partnership for advancing green steel technologies with
Tata Steel marks a major milestone in India's sustainable industrial transition. The partnership will bring advanced ironmaking technologies from leading international sources, enabling the use of domestic resources, significantly reducing carbon emissions, and improving efficiency," he said.
Raju further claimed that the deal will position Jharkhand as a key player in the global shift to low-carbon manufacturing, create thousands of high-skilled employment opportunities and strengthen the industrial ecosystem for long-term competitiveness.
“Additional initiatives to modernize facilities and promote industrial tourism will blend our industrial heritage with future-ready development. Your proposal for skill enhancement through upgradation of industrial training institutes (ITIs) further ensures our youth gain market-relevant capabilities, driving balanced economic growth with strong environmental responsibility that benefits millions across the state," he said.
Govt's engagement with prominent global retail leaders is equally inspiring to open doors for Jharkhand's farmers, women-led Self-Help Groups, and forest-based communities to access national and international markets. “Your exemplary personal commitment at Davos by engaging distinguished global leaders and successfully securing these visionary agreements merits the highest commendation,” Raju added.
