Chatra : Police have once again launched a major crackdown against drug traffickers in Chatra district on Friday. Based on a tip-off received by SP Sumit Kumar Agarwal, a special raiding team from the Pathalgada police station, led by Simaria SDPO Shubham Khandelwal arrested a young man from the Lembaiya Talab area for allegedly selling brown sugar. The arrested man identified as Rohit Kumar Dangi is a resident of Harli village in Barkagaon police station area of Hazaribagh district. The police recovered 12 grams of illegal brown sugar, a bike and a mobile phone from his possession. SDPO Shubham Khandelwal confirmed the arrest followed by recovery of brown sugar.
