Nine cyber frauds held in Giridih

Bokaro: Nine cybercriminals were arrested from different areas of Giridih district during raids conducted on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday on charges of deceiving individuals with promises of employment and financial gain, police said.
Impersonating as employees of a finance company, the criminals cheated others with scams like work-from-home, sextortion and posing as escort service providers.
Those arrested were identified as Chandan Kumar, Moti Kumar Sah, Shailendra Kumar Singh, Abhishek Kumar Mishra, Raju Mandal, Vikas Kumar Mandal, Mohammad Siraj, Sikandar Kumar Rai, and Deepak Kumar.. tnn
