NIA files charge sheet against PLFI member

Ranchi: The NIA on Friday filed a charge sheet before a special court here under various sections of the IPC and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act against PLFI member Krishna Yadav in an extortion case (RC-04/2023/NIA/RNC). In the charge sheet, the NIA said that during its investigation, it found that Krishna conspired with other PLFI cadres to strengthen and revive the organisation, and extort the public. It may be stated here that the NIA filed three charge-sheets in the case and made seven persons accused in the case. The central agency is continuing its investigation to identify other conspirators in the case.
