‘Newborn bitten by rats out of danger’

Bokaro: The newborn, who was bitten by rats at Giridh sadar hospital, is out of danger and recovering, Giridih deputy commissioner Naman Priyesh Lakra said on Tuesday.A day after some hospital staff were suspended, the district administration on Tuesday began a probe on how the rats entered the childcare unit of the hospital. The child was born on Friday and the incident occurred on Monday.
