Man held for nephew’s murder

Jamshedpur: A man was arrested on Sunday on charges of reportedly killing his nephew on August 12 for allegedly blackmailing the former's wife with an inappropriate video that the nephew had captured, police said.The body of the deceased nephew, who had gone missing on August 12, was recovered from the banks of Subarnarekha river in Jaduguda on Saturday evening, police added.Local police said the nephew had surreptitiously filmed the wife of the murder accused while she was taking a bath one day. He later used the video to blackmail her to establish physical relationship with him. The woman narrated the matter to her husband.The arrested key accused, with the help of his two friends, kidnapped the nephew, murdered him, and dumped his body in Subarnarekha, they added.
