Ranchi: State health minister Irfan Ansari’s personal secretary lodged an First Information Report (FIR) on Monday against an unknown caller at Bokaro Steel City police station for threatening the minister. The caller threatened Ansari over a WhatsApp call around midnight on Sunday. "The caller used objectionable language and threatened the minister, saying they were on their way to Jharkhand to blow him away," said the minister’s secretary, Azharuddin. "This incident is not only a serious concern for the minister's personal safety but also an attempt to intimidate a public representative and hinder the execution of their constitutional duties," he added.
