Daltonganj: Four persons died and two sustained injuries in an accident involving a car, a motorcycle, and an unidentified vehicle on Basdeeha Road on Tuesday night, police said.The deceased have been identified as bikers Shyamdayal Yadav and Yuvraj Kumar, both residents of Harna village under the Panki police station limits.They were in their early twenties. The other two who lost their lives were travelling in the car. They have been identified as Karamdayal Yadav and Gulabi Yadav, both in their thirties, police added.The officer in-charge of the Panki police station, Rajesh Ranjan, said, "The car was on way to Ratanpur in Panki, while the other vehicle was reportedly coming from Daltonganj. A motorcycle, too, got involved in the accident. A case of road accident has been registered. The wreckages of the car and the bike have been seized. We will scan the footages captured by CCTV cameras."The two injured have been admitted to the Medinirai Medical College and Hospital, Daltonganj, where their condition is stated to be stable, said hospital sources.
