Chatra: Acting on a tip-off, Chatra police have arrested a smuggler with 1.5 kg opium near Baksa bridge in Itkhori block of Chatra district on late Monday night. He was identified as Pramod Dangi (34), a resident of Gidhaur. Police said that he was hiding the opium in his scooter when the police team caught him.
