Confiscation order issued against six defaulters in Garhwa district

GARHWA: The district authorities have issued confiscation order against six persons who have failed to repay the bank loan despite repeated warnings. Arrest warrants have also been issued against 15 defaulters who have taken loan from different banks but failed to repay the loan amount.
Garhwa SDM A Muthu Kumar has issued the order against the six defaulters of Majhiaon block of the district.The SDM said earlier too the arrest warrants were issued against the six but they had been absconding.
Kumar has sought immediate arrest of these defaulters who have taken loan from Punjab National Bank and Allahabad Bank of Garhwa branch and have failed to repay the loan amount. "I have ordered the concerned police station officer in charge for their immediate arrest", he added.
