City clubs line up myriad events for revellers to usher in New Year

Ranchi: Clubs, resorts and hotels have lined up several events for revellers to usher in the new year.
While some hotels have organised DJ nights, others are hosting performances by well known singers or bands. Premier hotels in the state capital, such as the Radisson Blu, Hotel Landmark will hold parties on New Year's Eve as well.
A band from New Delhi, "Dramebaz", will perform at the Radisson Blu on the New Year’s eve.In addition to dance, unlimited premium beverages and a lavish buffet will be provided.
Adarsh Kumar, the marketing manager, said, "Dramebaz from Delhi will perform live on the New Year’s eve."
Indian Idol fame Arindam Chakraborty will perform live at Kanke Resort, where Bhojpuri superstar Akshara Singh and singer Altaf Raja will also grace the event. On New Year, DJ AS from Mumbai and Angel band will be star attacractions. The resort can accommodate around 3,000 guests during the New Year party.
DJ Sonic will perform at Signature Lounge. As part of the special discount being offered for the New Year, customers will have access to unlimited food and drink, which will be included in the price of the single, couple, and group tickets.
Vishal Sahu, owner of Signature Lounge, said, "We are offering youth discounts, especially for the New Year and unlimited drink and food has been included in the ticket price.” At Aqwa world, live band performance has been organised. Rajesh Kumar, organising team member, said, "Free passes have already been distributed among children in various schools. The carnival began on December 27 and will continue till January 2."
