Celebrations galore in Bokaro

Bokaro: The results of Class X and XII exams that were conducted by the CBSE and declared on Tuesday brought celebrations to the district. Sree Ayyappa Public School, Holy Cross School, and Pentecostal Assembly School produced the district toppers in both the exams.Vedansh Kumar Ojha of the Sree Ayyappa Public School student scored 99% in Class X to become the district topper. Sumedha Maheshwari of DAV (Sector 4) bagged 98.8%, Raj Aryan of Chinmaya Vidyalaya 98.04%, and Abhinav Kumar Pandey of Pentecostal Assembly School secured 98.02%.Aaryana Roy, Divya Darshit, and Ruhi of DPS, Bokaro, scored 97.60%. They shared the spot with Priyam Harandka and Purvi Retolia of MGM Higher Secondary School. Both Akansha Misra of GGPS and Sparsh Sandhaya Kishore of Holy Cross School secured 97.4%.The principal of Sree Ayyappa Public School, P Shailaja Jayakumar, said, "We are proud of our students who made a mark with their hard work and dedication."In Class XII, Ankit Chakraborty of Holy Cross School topped the arts stream with 99.2% and Shubham Kumar of Pentecostal Assembly School secured 99%.Harris Muthu Kumaran V of Sree Ayyappa Public School and Baruni Agarwal of DPS, Bokaro, scored 97.8%, while Khushi Bansal of Chinmaya Vidyalaya achieved 97.6% in commerce stream. Chitransh Kumar of Ayyappa and Sikha Kumari and Amar Jyoti of DAV secured 97.6% in science stream. Ankita Sakshi of DPS scored 97.2%.MGM students Prasant Kumar (science) and Piu Sahu (commerce) scored 97%, while GGPS's Anushka Kumari earned 96.8% in arts.A S Gangwar, the principal of DPS Bokaro, said, "The success is the outcome of teamwork among students, teachers, and parents."
