After SSB jawan, another man dies at Chatra village

Chatra: A 27-year-old man who was injured in a clash at Amin village in which constable Shiv Kumar Yadav of Sashastra Seema Bal was killed on Sunday dies of injuries at Magadh Medical College in Gaya on Tuesday. The man has been identified as Santosh Kumar Prajapati.
Yadav had come to his home on leave and saw a construction work going on a ‘gair mazarua’ land at the back of his house.When he objected he was attacked attacked with an axe which led to his death. In this clash, Santosh who was one among the attackers from the opposite side sustained severe injuries.
Inspector Pramod Pandey and officer in-charge Sanoj Kumar Chaudhary have been visiting the village frequently and taking stock of the situation. Chaudhary said the situation is under control and police are patroling the area to maintain peace.
