3 arrested for theft in Bokaro

Bokaro: Police have arrested three persons in connection with the theft of batteries and vehicle parts in Chas a couple of days ago. “The arrested persons were involved in theft at Krishna Prasad's Jagdamba Neer Water plant in Nanduasthan of Chas. The proprietor of the plant Annapurna Devi lodged an FIR in the matter,” police officer, Santosh Kumar said.On the night of August 10, based on inputs, the team arrested Abhi Anand Pal (20), of Nanduasthan and recovered four stolen batteries from him. Interrogation of the suspect led to identification and arrest of two more culprits, Sachin Kumar and Akash Kumar. Additional evidence, including stolen batteries, tires, tools, and equipment was recovered after conducting a search in their residences, police said.
