2 Pandey gang members held

RAMGARH: A police team on Thursday night arrested a member of the Pandey gang with a loaded revolver while conducting a routine inspection to curb organised criminal activities and recover illegal arms and ammunition in Rasda under Patratu block of Ramgarh.

One more member of the gang was arrested later on and two more pistols and cartridges were recovered from his home. Ramgarh SP Piyush Pandey on Friday said police have arrested Vikas Kumar Singh alias Vicky Singh.

“Following inputs given by the arrested miscreant during interrogation, one more gang member Kapil Kumar was caught from his home in Rasda village under Patratu police station,” the SP said.
