The RDX was used to carry out serial blasts in Mumbai.

“Special judge P C Rawal dismissed their appeals and the court will frame charges against seven accused including the brothers on January 25,” said special public prosecutor Tushar Gokani.

Mamu Miyan was granted bail by Supreme Court in 2017. Dadli Miyan who had fled to

Dubai

and lived there for 22 years was arrested in 2016. He had shifted to Mumbai few years ago and was living under a fake identity with his wife’s sister and was engaged in scrap business.

Gokani said that 46 persons were arrested at various times in connection with the RDX landing and charges have been framed against 30. Many have died during the course of investigation.

The serial blasts were masterminded by underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, his brother Anees, Mohammed Dosa, Tiger Memon,

Chhota Shakeel

and others to avenge the killings of Muslims in post-Babri masjid demolition riots.
