GAIL India sweetens joy of giving in Abu

MOUNT ABU: GAIL India celebrated 'The Joy of Giving Week with NAB -PNM, Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind, Mount Abu. Gail India chief manager R N Maharana said, "The Joy of Giving Week is a festival of philanthropy."
Abraham George of Sightsavers, Rajasthan, partners with NAB -PNM, Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind, Mount Abu too echoed the same sentiments.
GAIL India Abu Road has gone about in a methodical way to help the Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind at Mount Abu! It provided solar water heater for the visually challenged and also ensured that solar lights were installed on the centre's campus. GAIL India took upon itself the task of setting up a DAISY electronic book library for the inmates.
The sustained support by Adarsh Credit Co-operative Society Sirohi and GAIL India Abu Road has brought in other public and private sector corporates to NAB- PNM, Rehabilitation Centre for the Blind. Their continuous assistance has now helped the centre to win the coveted ISO certification.
GAIL India Abu Road has embraced the centre in its totality. A Winger Van provided by GAIL India would be reaching the centre within this week. It is equipped with teaching and learning aid and has DAISY library.
