Former MP’s daugher-in-law accuses him of conspiring to kill her

RAJKOT: A former Loksabha member from Jamnagar and BJP district president Chandresh Patel’s daughter-in-law Divya Patel has alleged that her in-laws are conspiring to kill her. She has submitted an application to the Jamnagar police and demanded that a FIR be lodged against her in-laws. Jamnagar SP Sharad Singhal told TOI, “She personally came to meet me and I have assigned deputy superintendent of police to look into her complaint. It is a family matter. Her husband has also filed a divorce petition. We are yet to record the statement of her in-laws and thereafter we will take action according to law.”
