RCI to conduct free cancer screening camp

Raipur: Regional Cancer Institute (RCI) in the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College will conduct a free cancer screening programme on the occasion of World Cancer Day. The free cancer screening programme will also be organised at Medical College in Mahasamund on Monday, Government Medical College in Rajnandgaon on Tuesday. Arrangements will be made for free cancer screening, blood and other tests and tests as per requirement and other diagnoses related to cancer by experts. Meanwhile, a marathon competition will be organised on February 4 at from Marine Drive Raipur to Regional Cancer Institute Medical College Raipur to spread awareness about cancer. Under the series of various programs, a painting competition, Cancer Survivor Samman, a prize and citation distribution program is also being organized by cancer patients in the Department of Radiotherapy for an awareness campaign against cancer.
