Mercury set to soar in next two days in state

Raipur: In an early start to summer this year, the mercury levels are set to increase in many parts of Chhattisgarh. The maximum temperatur will begin to soar by by two to three degrees Celsius in the next two days, the Meteorological Department has predicted.The maximum temperature in the Raipur is expected to be 35 and the minimum temperature is 21 degree Celsius. According to the meteorologists, the weather is going to be more intense in the coming days. Looking at the extreme weather conditions, the month of March is likely to be warmer than last year.Meanwhile, a warning has been issued for light rain and lightning in some parts of the state on Saturday. Light moist air is also coming from the northeast in the north and southeast in the south of the state. Due to the low level of moisture, light clouds may remain in some areas of the state. Light rain is likely at places like Kondagaon, Dantewada, Sukma, Bijapur, and Narayanpur. said state meteorologist H.P.
