Lyricist Ankit’s songs to enchant audiences in Bolly film ‘Love All’

Raipur: Two songs written by Chhattisgarh’s Ankit Pandey for a Bollywood film are set for a nationwide release on August 25.
Produced and directed by Sudhanshu Sharma, the film presents, renowned film director and producer, Mahesh Bhatt, along with the distinguished badminton player and national coach of the Indian Badminton Team, Pullela Gopichand. During the music launch of “Geeli Si Subah” song, Mahesh Bhatt said, “The song’s unique aspect is its lyricist, Ankit Pandey, who hails from Ambikapur of Chhattisgarh”.“When people from different parts of the country contribute to the cinema, it becomes more prosperous and authentic,” the director of the film, Sharma, also heaped praise on him and his work.
He mentioned that during the production of the film ‘Love All’, numerous songs were considered for a specific scene, yet none seemed to perfectly align. Then, Ankit's song “Geeli Si Subah” was played, and he felt that he had found what he was looking for.
The song is composed by Saurabh and Vaibhav, also from Ambikapur. Singer Papon sang it in his unique voice. Ankit, who works as an assistant information officer in the Directorate of Public Relations of Raipur, wrote this song a decade ago upon completing his higher education.TNN
