Festive rush: Railways announces Durg–Hazrat Nizamuddin special train for puja season; 8 trips scheduled

RAIPUR: The Railways have announced a special train service between Durg and Hazrat Nizamuddin to manage the rush of passengers during the festive season. The special train will run for eight trips.Train No. 08760 will run from Chhattisgarh's Durg, and train No. 08761 will operate from Hazrat Nizamuddin. The train will halt at Raipur, Uslapur, Pendra Road, Anuppur in Chhattisgarh, Shahdol, Umaria, Katni Murwara, Damoh, Sagar, Jhansi, Agra Cantt, Mathura Junction and Palwal stations.Train No. 08760 Durg-Hazrat Nizamuddin puja special will depart from Durg every Sunday between 5 October and 23 November, 2025. Train No. 08761 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Durg puja special will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin every Monday between 6 October and 24 November, 2025. The train will have 20 coaches, including one SLR, three general coaches, four sleeper coaches, eight AC-3 coaches, one AC-2 coach and two economy-3 coaches.
