RAIPUR: Renowned spiritual leader and recipient of
Padma Bhushan,
Kamlesh D Patel, fondly called as ‘Daaji’ will be on a day’s visit to Chhattisgarh to introduce meditation techniques and ‘cleaning practices’ aiming to rid lakhs of people from addiction of any sort.
According to the management of Shri Ram Chandra Mission- the Heartftulness Meditation, of which ‘Daaji’ is president, the aim is to connect meditation with each and every citizen and following simplest modules, inspire people towards de-addiction, regain their inner strength and live a balanced life.
Madhya Pradesh government is running a de-addiction campaign in collaboration with Heartfulness institute and the techniques include meditation, yoga, heartfelt exercises, polarity and conversational methods to develop positive mindset.
Besides, on the lines of
international Yoga day on June 21, Daaji will flag off ‘Ekatm Abhiyan-Har dil dhyan, har din dhyan’ campaign in the state. It was launched on May 4 in different states and would culminate on June 21 in Jabalpur, MP. He aims to reach out to more than one crore people by June 21 and introduce heartfulness technique in people’s lives for improved lifestyle and de-addiction.
While heartfulness has reached out to many schools, colleges, corporates, non-governemnt and government sectors with lakhs of people associated with the institute, Daaji says that we have stopped meditation/yoga becoming a trade and provide the teachings free of cost.
Heartfulness has been conducting meditation sessions and teachings in seevral districts of state as well as in insurgency-hit places for police officials, CRPF, NSS etc.
